for all those with ideas in their heads and no real concept in mind of how to make more of them than just a playful thought! :-)

Gute Ideen sind keine Mangelware. Oft scheitert es aber an der Umsetzung. Es gibt eine Menge Bücher über Selbstorganisation, nur die konzentrieren sich meistens auf das Tagesgeschäft und die Informationen, die auf einen einströmen. Hier geht es aber darum, eigene Ideen umzusetzen, d.h. aktiv tätig zu werden. Die einfache Antwort: organisiere alles was du beruflich oder privat anpackst als Projekt und brich es runter in Action points, sprich: Maßnahmen. Das Vorgehen dabei wird im Detail erklärt.Im Weiteren geht es auch darum, Ideen weiter zu entwickeln. Viele glauben, dass Ideen sorgsam gehütet werden müssen, damit sie nicht von anderen geklaut und weiter verwendet werden. Scott Belsky ist dagegen der Meinung, dass Ideen besser werden, wenn sie mit anderen geteilt werden. Das Feedback der Umwelt hilft, gute von schlechten Ideen zu trennen und die guten weiter zu entwickeln und zu verfeinern. Hier kommt wieder der Grundgedanke des Buches zum Vorschein: Es genügt nicht gute Ideen zu haben, die Crux liegt in der Umsetzung.Das Kapitel über Leadership fand ich nicht so toll, das habe ich woanders schon besser gesehen, aber insgesamt spreche ich eine klare Kaufempfehlung für das Buch aus.

Super Buch, gut geschrieben und hat einige gute Erkenntnisse darin. Ich war mit dem Kauf völlig zufrieden und kann es weiterempfehlen

I believe that because I once met a consultant who would share almost that many thoughts with me every time we met. The only problem was that these weren't very useful thoughts . . . but he sure loved each and every one. I took to peeking around corners so I could avoid his latest informal briefing. That's one kind of problem that people have with their ideas . . . they don't attract any interest.Mr. Belsky organizes the method of turning ideas into action according this formula:"(The Idea) + Organization and Execution + Forces of Community + Leadership Capability"The book digs into this formula by first proposing a way of organizing work on ideas (the Action Method). I found the proposal to be reasonably similar to the way I organize my work so I suggest you take it seriously if you have trouble keeping track of what's going on the moving things forward expeditiously. I agree with the key point that it takes a lot of effort to turn an idea into reality. Most of my books were conceived of in a few seconds or minutes, but the work involved to write and produce one takes months of dedicated, consistent effort. Implementations that build on the books take 100 times more effort.I also agree with the point about concentrating your efforts. Otherwise you get 1 percent of a lot of things done, which amounts to nothing being accomplished.I thought that Mr. Belsky also did a good job of pointing out how collaboration helps. Right on!I personally found the section on leadership capability to be the most practical. After reading that section, I had six ideas for accomplishing more and have implemented two of them this week with good success. I suspect that all six ideas will work well. I cannot remember the last time I developed six valuable new ideas from reading a business book. Bravo!I also suspect that this book will reward re-reading, something I intend to test out in a few months.Get this book, read it . . . then get serious about turning your ideas into reality!

Ich habe mir dieses Buch gekauft, in der Hoffnung ein paar kreative Ideen für die Umsetzung von Ideen zu bekommen - was in diesem Buch beschrieben wird ist jedoch nichts anderes als das ganz normale Vorgehen im Projektmanagement. Im Prinzip wird erläutert dass man auch besonders kreative Leute dazu bringen muss sich Meilensteine zu setzen, Zeitmanagement zu betreiben usw... Als Alternative kann ich nur empfehlen sich ein richtiges Buch über Projektmanagement zu besorgen.

Dies ist im Wesentlichen ein Buch über Prozessmanagement und Zeitmanagement. Leider scheint der Autor Wert Ausgabe über kreative Exzellenz. Und die Welt braucht nicht mehr schlechten Ideen. Nur mehr vortreffliche. Ich würde nicht empfehlen.

Das ist seit langem das beste, was ich in dieser Kategorie gelesen habe.Scott Belsky bringt es einfach auf den Punkt. Kein Geschwafel drumherum.Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Ich verwende auch ActionMethod auf dem PC und iPhone seit geraumer Zeit und bin von der Einfachheit begeistert.
